The Element

The wire we use is Kanthal A1, which is recognised as one of, if not the best and most expensive element wire.
We manufacture directly to the manufacturers original specification and 30 years of kiln servicing has ensured that our specification library is huge. Over 1000 different kiln specs!
If we, for some reason, do not have your kiln spec, we can simply duplicate any element.

Upgrade

Also, over the years there have been the odd kiln made by certain manufacturers where cost was placed before element life and strength, the result was kilns that use elements much quicker than would be expected.
We offer upgraded specification elements for a number of kilns that we feel fall into this bracket.

Fitting Techniques

As well as the different elements, some kilns have quirks and unique fitting techniques that need to be applied for optimum element performance.
Again, 30 years of servicing ensures that we can advice if this applies to your set.

The Price

With regards to price, we are very competitive, in fact, on certain European models we are as much as 60% cheaper for the equivilent element.
