The SG2 is a tried and tested formula that we are reluctant to "fiddle" with too much. Proven in its reliability, the kiln is capable of surprisingly large quantities of work in relation to its size, this is thanks to its stainless steel rack and 4 shelves each of 380 x 330.

The SG2 comes complete with the KCR1 control as standard, and has a top temperature of 650°C.

The kiln contains no ceramic fibre, and the chambers are built with high quality, light weight insulation bricks making the kiln extremly efficient.

The frames are made from a rust resistant metal, powder coated in our supermarine blue, and then oven baked.

As with every kiln that we sell, models from the stained glass/reduction range carry a 24 month guarantee on all parts.

SG2 Stand. (Optional)

The SG2 stand has two shelves, one for the kiln to sit on and one for your own use. It raises the kiln by 650mm to a confortable height.
It is made of steel and is powder coated in our Ultra-marine blue.
The stand is supplied ready for assembly.

KCR1 and KCR1 Stand (Included)

 
The KCR1 stand is punched ready to fit on the front leg of the SG2 stand to make it one complete stand alone item. 

Delivery quoted is for 48 - 72 hour, U.K. mainland.

Please note......Delivery, this is via independent transport or courier. The obligation of the delivery company is to get the kiln safely to your address and to deliver to ground level.

However, you will need to make your own arrangements to get the kiln to your final site position. Delivery drivers will not assist in getting the kilns through narrow gates e.t.c.

The independent drivers are not and cannot be contracted to help site the kiln in your final position. For assisted delivery please contact us for a quote on Kilncare personal delivery.

The kiln will arrive boxed, on a pallet. The pallet dimensions are 110cm x 94cm.
The Hobbyfuser size is 75cm x 74cm x 48cm tall and it weighs 85kg.
