The Trojan kilns are purpose built, medium to large scale kilns designed with just one thing in mind, perfect results.

2 & 3 zone to ensure accurate temperatures, and all round heat is guaranteed with elements in the sides, back, door, floor and the roof. Twin automatic dampers release large amounts of steam on warm up and provide a rapid crash cool. The frame is double skinned with a stainless steel inner mesh, and the oven baked outer panels and open roof guarantee a long life.

Extra insulation allows for casting processes of several weeks to be completed with minimum heat loss, whilst keeping the case temperature low.
